Avieros’s position on your data is short enough to state in one paragraph: your data is yours, we will never sell it, and you can always leave with it. The details below say what that means in practice and where to exercise each right — today, with live tools, not a promise of future tooling.
1. The commitments
- Never sold, never rented, never shared. Avieros will never sell, rent, or share player data with third parties.
- Leaving with your data is a guaranteed right. Avieros will never hold you hostage — export and departure are protected by design, not by goodwill.
- No advertising business. Avieros Search shows no ads and sells no ranking positions, so there is no advertising machine with an appetite for your behavioral data.

2. Your rights, and where to exercise them
The data-rights portal is live at avieros.com/data-rights. From it you can, right now:
- See what Avieros holds about you and this device, in plain language.
- Set your privacy choices — consent controls you can change at any time.
- Export or clear device data instantly — a JSON export of what is stored on your device, generated locally. Sign-in session contents are never displayed or exported, for your account’s security.
- File a formal request for access, export, deletion, or correction of your data (a DSAR). Requests are recorded and handled — the portal is connected to a real request pipeline, not a dead form.

3. Data minimalism by architecture
- This Trust Center collects nothing. It is static HTML and CSS: no scripts, no cookies, no analytics, no trackers.
- Civic data is about officials, not about you. Candidate Watch is built from public government records about elected officials. Reading it does not require an account.
- Business data is tenant-isolated. Data you bring into Avieros business tools is scoped to your business at the database layer — see Security for how isolation is enforced and tested.
